TECHNICAL PLANS
WHAT IS IT?
These are the foundation of every interior project. Technical drawings are an essential and indispensable part of any interior project, ensuring that approved visual solutions are precisely implemented during construction and installation.
They are much more than “just plans on paper”—they are step-by-step instructions for every contractor: electrician, plumber, flooring installer, cabinetmaker, finisher, or lighting technician.
Without these plans, even the most beautiful vision can become impossible or be executed incorrectly.
WHY ARE ALL PLANS INTERCONNECTED AND INSEPARABLE?
No single plan exists in isolation—each is part of a chain, where every link supports the next:
The electrical plan depends on the furniture layout—if sockets are not aligned with tables, appliances, or lighting positions, you may end up with cables running across the wall or need to demolish freshly finished surfaces.
Plumbing must be coordinated with bathroom, kitchen, or laundry furniture—otherwise, appliances or fixtures simply won’t fit or will block cabinetry.
Lighting is planned not just for style, but for function and furniture placement—if the sofa or table is moved, the lighting loses its purpose.
Flooring, tiles, ceilings—the direction, transitions, and joining points of all finishes directly depend on furniture, zones, and the logic of the space.
Furniture layout is the foundation for all other plans—it determines the placement of appliances, and even the location of ventilation and lighting points.
Preparing one plan without the others risks triggering a chain reaction of problems: an error in one leads to unavoidable corrections in others—costing both time and money.
WHAT PLANS DO WE PROVIDE?
- Furniture layout plan: The functional and ergonomic foundation for all other plans. It defines the logic, flow, and proportions of your space.
- Electrical plan: Placement of switches, sockets, and lighting points—coordinated with furniture and appliances.
- Lighting plan: Ceiling, pendant, wall, or accent lighting—marked with control locations and lighting functions.
- Plumbing plan: Water inlets, drainage, underfloor heating—precisely coordinated with fixtures and furniture.
- Flooring plan: Specifies materials, joining points, laying directions, and height transitions—especially important for parquet, vinyl, and tiles.
- Tile layout plan: Grout lines, laying directions, and positions of decorative elements—so cabinetmakers can adapt production accordingly.
- Ceiling plan: Indicates heights, niches, recesses, and lighting points—fully coordinated with interior solutions.
- Ventilation diffuser plan: A clear supply and extraction (diffuser) plan, coordinated with furniture, lighting, and niches for an integration that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?
- All contractors work from a unified plan—fewer questions, errors, or misinterpretations.
- No need for corrections on site—everything is coordinated in advance with furniture, appliances, and equipment.
- All points are logically planned—based on your habits, functions, furniture, and space.
- Cost savings—avoiding unnecessary work, wasted materials, or re-laid finishes.
- The project is executed precisely on schedule—without delays, waiting, or on-site improvisation.
- You know what the final result will look like—and your contractor knows exactly how to deliver it.
⚠️ WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW IF YOU PLAN TO DO IT YOURSELF?
- Without experience, it’s easy to miss critical technical details when preparing plans.
- Visually attractive solutions may become impractical or even unfeasible in reality.
- The relationship between furniture and engineering points is often overlooked—leading to costly demolitions or corrections.
- No unified plan—each contractor improvises, resulting in a chaotic outcome.
- Builders are left to “guess”—causing misunderstandings, mistakes, delays, and extra charges.
POSSIBILITIES
Do you only need technical plans—without visualizations or a full interior project?
We can prepare only the technical drawings—an ideal solution if you already have a vision or an architect, but require clarity and precision for implementation.
