The planned area is located in the western part of the Nida settlement, near the central beach of Nida. Includes vacant state land near the buildings at Nidos-Smiltynės pl. 9, Neringa, a plot of land for forestry, recreational forest use. The planned territory is bordered in the east by the country road 167 Smiltynė-Nida (Nidas-Smiltynės pl.), in the north by D cat. On G. D. Kuverta street, in the west and south – with pedestrian and bicycle paths. The area is surrounded by forestry plots on all sides, on the south-western side there is a plot of land for other commercial purposes.
